醒神俞募配穴推拿法治疗气滞型老年功能性便秘临床研究

Clinical Study on Massage Therapy of Shu-mu Point Association for Consciousness-restoring for Senile Functional Constipation of Qi Stagnation Type

目的:观察醒神俞募配穴推拿治疗气滞型老年功能性便秘的临床效果。方法:将60例慢性功能性老年便秘(气滞型)患者随机分为2组。对照组30例施以常规推拿手法治疗。观察组30例在对照组基础上采用醒神俞募配穴推拿法。观察评价效果。结果:经治疗,2组主要症状积分均较前改善(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗,2组便秘伴随症状(气滞症状)积分均较前改善(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组为86.67%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:醒神俞募配穴推拿法能有效促进气滞型老年功能性便秘患者排便,并能有效改善伴随症状,操作简单,易于接受。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of massage therapy of shu-mu point association for consciousness-restoring for senile functional constipation of qi stagnation type.Methods:Divided 60 cases of senile patients with chronic functional constipation(of qi stagnation type)into two groups randomly.30 cases in the control group were treated with the routine massage.The other 30 cases in the observation group were additionally given massage therapy of shu-mu point association for consciousness-restoring on the basis of the routine massage.Observed the evaluation effect.Results:After treatment,the main symptom scores in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was significant difference being found in the comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of concomitant symptoms of constipation(qi stagnation symptoms)in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was significant difference being found in the comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate was 86.67%in the treatment group and 86.67%in the control group,and no significant difference was found in the comparison between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of massage therapy of shu-mu point association for consciousness-restoring can effectively promote defecation in senile patients with functional constipation of qi stagnation type and effectively improve the concomitant symptoms.The operation is simple and easily accepted.
