祛风化痰散瘀法治疗偏头痛临床初探

Preliminary Discussion on Method of Dispelling Wind, Resolving Phlegm and Dissipating Stasis for Migraine

在借鉴古代先贤论述头痛病因病机及立法方药的基础上,将偏头痛的病因归于外感与内伤因素复合致病,认为其病机主要为风痰瘀阻滞脑络,提出从祛风、理气、健脾化痰、活血散瘀、通络止痛入手,总以"祛风化痰散瘀"为基本原则治疗偏头痛,组方用药时选择古方、名方之要药组成新方剂,应用于临床可取得满意疗效。

On the basis of ancient sages’ discussion on etiology and pathogenesis as well as prescriptions of headache,the authors ascribed the etiology of migraine to the combination of external contraction and endogenous diseases,and believed that its main pathogenesis is wind-phlegm and stasis obstructing the brain collateral.It is proposed that the treatment of the migraine should start with dispelling wind,regulating qi and fortify the spleen to resolve phlegm,activating blood and dissipating stasis to free the collateral vessels and relieve pain.The basic principle of treatment is dispelling wind,resolving phlegm and dissipating stasis.In clinical practice,with new prescription composed of Chinese herbal medicines which are essential and frequently used in ancient and famous prescriptions,satisfying curative effect can be obtained.
