慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期红细胞系变化特点的分析

Characteristics of changes in the erythrocyte series in acute aggravation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的回顾性分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的血常规红细胞系变化特点。方法查阅2017年10月—2018年9月本院收治的符合研究标准的AECOPD患者218例的病历资料,对血常规红细胞系的血红蛋白(HGB)和红细胞压积(HCT)分布特点进行描述,继以白细胞(WBC)升高与否来分亚组评估不同性别红细胞系变化特点。结果男性HGB和HCT低于正常(HGB t=-2.000,双侧检验P=0.048;HCT t=-6.039,双侧检验P=0.000)。以WBC升高分亚组比较两组除女性RBC有差异,其余无明显统计学差异。结论慢阻肺急性加重期老年男性有贫血和血红细胞减少的特点。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the characteristics of changes in erythrocyte series among patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods The medical records of patients admitted to our hospital during October 2017 and September 2018 and met the study criteria of AECOPD were consulted.The hemoglobin(HGB)and hematocrit(HCT)distributions of erythrocyte series were described.The variation characteristics of erythrocyte lines were evaluated by subsets of white blood cell(WBC)elevation or not.Results The result showed HGB and HCT in male are lower than normal control(HGB t=-2.000,P=0.048;HCT t=-6.039,P=0.000).There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups except for the RBC in female.Conclusions The authors conclude that the elderly male with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has the characteristics of anemia and blood cell reduction.
