重症难治性哮喘治疗的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 哮喘(Asthma)是一种异质性疾病,常以慢性气道炎症为特征。在1993年,美国国家心脏、肺和血液研究所与世界卫生组织合作对哮喘诊治及护理首次进行定义,从而为哮喘诊疗全球创意的提出奠定了基础。2003年欧洲认识重症哮喘发病机制协作网(ENUMSA)提出重症哮喘的定义为:确诊为哮喘,排除了其他疾病引起的"哮喘"样症状后,尽管使用大剂量吸入激素,甚至口服激素都仍然不能获得较好控制的哮喘,仍有急性加重。
