不同手术方式治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的疗效比较被引量：1

摘要目的探究对于高位复杂性肛瘘采用两种不同手术方式对患者临床疗效的相关影响。方法选择2016年12月~2018年12月我院收治的高位肛瘘且较为复杂的患者40例,按照就诊的顺序随机均分为对照组与观察组,前者给予切开挂线手术治疗,后者则给予窦道切开旷置法,比较两组的临床疗效差异。结果整体临床疗效:观察组的整体治疗有效率显著高于对照组(95.0%vs 75.0%, p=0.025);对照组不良反应发生几率高于观察组(15.0%vs 5.0%,p=0.014),并且疼痛评分对照组显著高于观察组;观察组整体满意度为100%,对照组则为90.0%(p=0.045)。结论对于高位肛瘘的且较为复杂的患者,采用窦道切开旷置法能够显著改善患者的临床疗效,降低不良事件的发生几率。
