摘要
针对配接移动式电动设备的电缆需要具有良好柔软性的问题,讨论了改进电缆柔软性的具体方法。在电缆导体方面,可通过减小绞合单丝外径、选用具有良好柔软性的铜单丝、适当增大绞合节距及在导体中添加柔软填充绳等方法来提高导体的柔软性。在电缆绝缘方面,可通过采用柔软度较好的绝缘材料或柔软乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)、减小绝缘厚度等方法来提高绝缘的柔软性。在电缆屏蔽方面,可通过选取合适的屏蔽形式、控制适当的编织或绕包张力、选用合适的屏蔽单丝、设置较小的编织节距及减小绕包搭盖率等方法来提高屏蔽的柔软性。在电缆护套方面,可通过选用综合性能优良的柔软聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体作为护套材料来提高护套的柔软性,同时兼顾对电缆的保护。
In view of the need for good flexibility of mobile electric equipment cables,the concrete methods for improving the cable flexibility are discussed.In cable conductor aspect,the conductor flexibility can be improved by reducing the outer diameter of stranded monofilament,choosing copper monofilament with good flexibility,properly increasing stranding pitch and adding soft filling rope in conductor.In cable insulation aspect,the insulation flexibility can be improved by using soft insulation material or soft ETFE and reducing insulation thickness.In cable shielding aspect,the shielding flexibility can be improved by choosing appropriate shielding structure,controlling appropriate braiding or wrapping tension,choosing appropriate shielding monofilament,choosing smaller braiding pitch and reducing wrapping percent overlap.In cable sheath aspect,the sheath flexibility can be improved by choosing flexible polyether TPU with excellent comprehensive performance as sheath material,and the protection of cable can be considered at the same time.
