Risk assessment of public health of a norovirus gastroenteritis outbreak in a university

目的评估某高校诺如病毒感染性腹泻传播风险,为下一步疫情防控提供依据。方法采用专家会商法、风险矩阵法和分析流程图法对诺如病毒感染性腹泻传播风险进行评估。结果专家会商法、风险矩阵法和分析流程图法显示结果为中等风险。结论诺如病毒感染性腹泻得到有效控制,需按照风险管理建议,落实防治措施。

Objective To assess the risk of norovirus gastroenteritis transmission in a university,so as to offer the evidences for norovirus gastroenteritis prevention and control.Methods The expert consultation method,the risk matrix,and the analysis of flow chart method were used to analyze the risk of norovirus gastroenteritis transmission.Results The expert consultation methods,the risk matrix,and the analysis of flow chart method showed at a medium risk.Conclusion The outbreak of norovirus gastroenteritis has been controlled,but we still need to follow risk management recommendations,and continue to implement the prevention and control measures.
