生长抑素治疗胃癌术后急性胰腺炎效果观察

Effect of somatostatin on acute pancreatitis after gastric cancer surgery

目的探讨生长抑素对胃癌术后急性胰腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法选择本院2017年7月-2018年7月期间收治的46例胃癌术后伴发急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,依照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各23例,对照组患者均接受传统疗法,观察组在传统疗法基础上实施生长抑素治疗,对比分析两组患者急性胰腺炎严重程度分级变化、治疗前后血清淀粉酶含量变化、治疗前后腹痛腹胀消失时间变化进行治愈率评定。结果治疗后,CT分级平均得分观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组轻型病理患者占比高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的血清淀粉酶水平低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后腹痛消失时间长于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组,对照组为47.83%,观察组为78.26%(P<0.05)。结论使用生长抑素可以有效减轻胃癌术后急性胰腺炎患者病情,提高治疗总有效率,具有重要的临床使用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of somatostatin on acute pancreatitis after gastric cancer surgery.Methods A total of 46 patients with acute pancreatitis after gastric cancer surgery admitted to a hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 23 patients in each group.The control group received the traditional therapy and the observation group received the somatostatin therapy on the basis of the traditional therapy.The severity grading changes of acute pancreatitis,thechanges of serum amylase contents before and after the treatment,and the changes of disappearance time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension before and after the treatment were analyzed and compared to evaluate the cure rate.Results After the treatment,the average score of CT grading in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of mild pathological patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the serum amylase level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the abdominal pain disappeared time was longer in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(78.26%) in the observation group was higher than that(47.83%) in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin can effectively alleviate the condition of patients with acute pancreatitis after gastric cancer surgery,improve the total effective rate of the treatment,and it has important clinical application value.
