中国工业能源效率影响因素研究:基于面板平滑转换回归模型

摘要 基于我国30个省(区)市2000-2016年的面板数据,首先,利用超效率DEA模型测算出中国30个省(区)市2000-2016年的工业能源效率。然后,以经济增长作为门限变量,运用面板平滑转换(PSTR)模型调查工业能源效率的影响因素,结果发现,工业能源效率与经济增长之间的关系存在非线性的门限效应。当经济增长水平低于门限值时,工业能源效率与经济增长之间是负相关的;而当经济增长水平高于门限值时,工业部门能源效率与经济增长之间是正相关的。在影响因素方面,经济开放程度与能源消费结构在两区间内对工业能源效率的影响呈现不同的门槛特性,而能源价格指数与产业结构在两区间内对工业能源效率的影响呈现相同的门槛特性。 Based on the panel data of 30 provincial regions in China ranging from 2000 to 2016, by adopting the super-efficiency DEA mode, the 2000-2016 industry energy efficiency of 30 provincial regions will be calculated. Then with the economic increase as the threshold variance, factors affecting industry energy efficiency are researched based on Panel Smooth Transition Regression. The research found that the relationship between industry energy efficiency and economic increase shows a nonlinear threshold effect: when the economic increase level stays below threshold value, the industry energy efficiency and economic increase are inversely correlated;when the economic increase level stays over threshold value, the industry energy efficiency and economic increase are positively correlated. As for the affecting factors, in two domains, the degree of economic openness and energy consumption structure exert distinct threshold characteristics on industry energy efficiency while the energy price indicator and industry structure exert the same threshold characteristics on it.
