黄芪建中汤联合四联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Quadruple Therapy in Treatment of Peptic Ulcer of Spleen-stomach Deficiency and Cold Type

[目的]观察黄芪建中汤联合四联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡疗效。[方法]将68例门诊患者就诊顺序号随机分为两组。对照组34例奥美拉唑,20 mg/次,2次/d;左氧氟沙星,200 mg/次,2次/d;阿莫西林,1000 mg/次,2次/d;果胶铋,150 mg/次,2次/d。治疗组34例黄芪建中汤(生黄芪8g,桂枝15 g,白芍30 g,炙甘草10 g,生姜15 g,饴糖30 g,大枣4枚,制半夏、陈皮各8 g,吴茱萸9 g,乌贼骨、瓦楞子各15 g),水煎400 m L,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗6周为1疗程。观测临床表现、复发率、不良反应。治疗1疗程(7 d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈19例,显效9例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率94.12%;对照组临床痊愈13例,显效8例,有效5例,无效8例,总有效率76.47%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。复发率治疗组9.37%低于对照组30.77%(P<0.05)。[结论]黄芪建中汤联合四联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with quadruple therapy on peptic ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type.[Method]Sixty-eight outpatients were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,34 cases were given omeprazole,20 mg/time,twice a day;levofloxacin,200 mg/time,twice a day;amoxicillin,1000 mg/time,twice a day;bismuth pectin,150 mg/time,twice a day.In the treatment group,34 cases were given Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,decocted 400 mL in water,taking in the morning and evening.The Western medicine treatment was the same as that of the control group.Continuous treatment for 6 weeks was a course of treatment.Clinical manifestations,recurrence rate and adverse reactions were observed.One course of treatment(7 days)was used to measure the curative effect.[Result]In the treatment group,19 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 94.12%.In the control group,13 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 76.47%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 9.37%which was lower than that in the control group(30.77%)(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with quadruple therapy for peptic ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
