当归六黄汤治疗阴虚火旺型甲亢的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction on Hyperthyroidism of Phlegm and Blood Stasis Type

[目的]探讨当归六黄汤治疗阴虚火旺型甲亢的临床疗效。[方法]选取医院2018年1月-2019年1月112例阴虚火旺型甲亢患者进行研究,随机分为联合组和对照组各56例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合当归六黄汤治疗,对比两组临床疗效。[结果]联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组甲状腺激素水平各项指标对比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组甲状腺激素水平各项指标均有所改善,和治疗前相比差异明显(P<0.05),且组间差异明显(P<0.05)。[结论]当归六黄汤治疗阴虚火旺型甲亢具有良好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者临床症状,缓解甲状腺肿大等病变,具有标本兼治的效果,预后良好,值得推广应用。

[Objective]To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction in the treatment of hyperthyroidism of phlegm and blood stasis type.[Methods]A total of 112 patients with hyperthyroidism of Yin deficiency and fire type from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in our hospital.They were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The combined group was treated with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.[Results]The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of thyroid hormones between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the thyroid hormone levels in both groups were improved,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Danggui Liuhuang Decoction has good clinical curative effect on treating hyperthyroidism of Yin deficiency and fire type.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and relieve the lesions such as goiter.It has the effect of treating both the symptoms and the symptoms,and has a good prognosis.It is worthy of popularization and application.
