甘草附子汤联合西药治疗强直性脊柱炎的效果分析

Effect of Gancao Fuzi Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Ankylosing Spondylitis

[目的]探讨甘草附子汤联合西药治疗强直性脊柱炎的效果。[方法]对开封市中医院2018年1月-2019年1月96例强直性脊柱炎患者进行研究,随机分为联合组和对照组各48例。对照组采用西药治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合甘草附子汤治疗,对比两组临床疗效。[结果]联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组各项临床指标对比均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项临床指标和治疗前相比均有明显差异(P<0.05),且组间差异明显(P<0.05)。[结论]甘草附子汤联合西药治疗强直性脊柱炎具有良好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者临床症状,缓解机体炎症反应,值得推广应用。

[Objective]To investigate the effect of Gancao Fuzi Decoction combined with western medicine on ankylosing spondylitis.[Methods]Ninety-six patients with ankylosing spondylitis from January 2018 to January 2019 in Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicinewere randomly divided into the combined group and the control group.The control group was treated with western medicineand the combined group was treated with Gancao Fuzi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.[Results]The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the clinical indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical indexes of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the differences between the groups were significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Gancao Fuzi Decoction combined with western medicine has good clinical curative effect on ankylosing spondylitis.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and relieve the body’s inflammatory response.It is worthy of popularization and application.
