中药汤剂保留灌肠对腹部术后胃肠功能促进的小样本研究

A Small Sample Study of Retention Enema with Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction for Promoting Gastrointestinal Function after Abdominal Surgery

[目的]探讨复方大承气汤保留灌肠对腹部手术后患者肠功能恢复的影响。[方法]将收集50例腹部手术患者,按照分层随机方法,分成对照组与治疗组(灌肠组)两组,分别观察两组疗效,比较两组肠鸣音恢复时间、第一次肛门排气时间、第一次排便时间、进食时间及住院时间,及治疗前后白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化。[结果]治疗组在肠鸣音恢复时间、第一次肛门排气时间、第一次排便时间、进食时间及住院时间方面与对照组比较,均明显减少,差异具有统计学意义P<0.05;治疗前两组白介素-6、C反应蛋白比较无显著差异,P>0.05;两组治疗后两组白介素-6、C反应蛋白水平与本组治疗前相比均明显降低,P<0.05;治疗组治疗后白介素-6、C反应蛋白与对照组比较,治疗组低于对照组,P<0.05。[结论]复方大承气汤保留灌肠有利于腹部手术患者胃肠功能恢复。

[Objective]To investigate the effect of retention enema with Compound Dachengqi Decoction on intestinal function recovery of patients after abdominal surgery.[Methods]Fifty patients with abdominal surgery were collected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group(enema group)according to the stratified method.The curative effects of the two groups were observed and the recovery time of intestinal sounds,first anal exhaust time,first defecation time,feeding time and hospitalization time and changes of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.[Results]The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first anal exhaust time,the first defecation time,feeding time and hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IL-6 and CRP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and CRP in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-6 and CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The retention enema with Compound Dachengqi Decoction is beneficial to the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing abdominal surgery.
