补气祛风汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Buqi Qufeng Decoction on Cough Variant Asthma in Children

[目的]观察补气祛风汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。[方法]选取郑州市第二人民医院2017年8月-2018年9月小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿84例,随机分为西药治疗的对照组(42例)与补气祛风汤治疗的观察组(42例),观察患儿治疗效果、肺功能指标。[结果]观察组治疗有效率95. 24%,对照组78. 57%,P <0. 05,治疗前,两组肺功能指标对比,P> 0. 05,治疗后,观察组FEV1、FVC、PEF与对照组相比,P <0. 05。[结论]给予小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿补气祛风汤治疗,能有效提高患儿治疗效果,改善其肺功能指标,值得借鉴。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Buqi Qufeng Decoction on cough variant asthma in children. [Methods]Eighty-four cases of pediatric cough variant asthma in our hospital( from August 2017 to September 2018) were randomly divided into the western medicine treatment control group( 42 cases)and the Buqi Qufeng Decoction treatment observation group( 42 cases) to observe the therapeutic effect and pulmonary function indicators of the children. [Results]The effective rate of the observation group was95. 24%,while that of the control group was 78. 57%( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,lung function indicators of the two groups were compared( P > 0. 05). After treatment,FEV1,FVC and PEF of the observation group were compared with those of the control group( P < 0. 05). [Conclusion]Buqi Qufeng Decoction can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and the pulmonary function indexes of children with cough variant asthma.
