中草药治疗糖尿病研究概况

Research Progress of Chinese Herbal Medicine Treating Diabetes Mellitus

糖尿病,尤其是2型糖尿病,在世界各地都在迅速增加。尽管许多药物已经开发出来并用于糖尿病的治疗,但副作用和远期疗效都具有很大的挑战性。因此,天然保健品和膳食补充剂也越来越引起人们的兴趣。在这方面,中草药和中草药产品一直被认为是丰富的产品开发资源。因此,本综述总结了黄连素、人参皂苷、苦瓜素、桑叶提取物中药单体以及葛根芩连汤、当归六黄汤、黄连温胆汤方剂在改善葡萄糖平衡和糖尿病中的作用机制,并重点介绍了中草药通过影响肠道菌群的组成和多样性来治疗糖尿病的机制,为未来的糖尿病研究和治疗提供重要的理论指导。

Diabetes,especially type 2 diabetes,is increasing rapidly around the world.Although many drugs have been developed to treat diabetes and side effects and long term outcomes are challenged.Therefore,natural health care products and dietary supplements are also attracting increasing interest.In this regard,Chinese herbal medicine and the products have been considered as rich product development resources.Therefore,this review summarizes the berberine,M.charantia,curcumin,ginsenoside,mulberry leaf extract as well as Gegen Qinlian Decoction,Danggui Liuhuang Decoction,Huanglian Wendan Decoction for improving the balance of glucose and diabetes,such as mechanism,and mainly introduces the Chinese herbal medicine by influencing the gut flora composition and diversity of mechanism to treat diabetes,diabetes research and treatment,providing important theoretical guidance for the future.
