摘要
随着生活环境、生活方式的改变以及现代医学西药的干预,水饮内停逐渐成为导致高血压病的重要病机之一。研究表明,利水渗湿法及其相关方药可通过多途径、多靶点干预高血压病的进程,既可以协同降压,又避免了利尿剂带来的副作用,临床疗效显著,有重要的研究价值。就利水渗湿法近10年来临床及实验研究做一综述。
With the changes in living environment,lifestyle and the intervention of modern medical western medicine,the stoppage of fluid retention in the interior has gradually become one of the important pathogens leading to hypertension.Studies have shown that the clearing damp and promoting diuresis method and its related prescriptions can intervene in the process of hypertension through multiple pathways and multiple targets,which can not only reduce blood pressure,but also avoid the side effects caused by diuretics.The clinical curative effect is significant,and important research is important value.In the past 10 years,the clinical and experimental research on the water-sludge method has been reviewed.
