摘要
目的:考察甘草的提取方法,优选甘草中甘草酸的最佳提取工艺。方法:以甘草酸的含量为指标,对不同提取方法进行筛选;以提取溶剂、浓度和提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验L9(3^4)优选甘草酸的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取方法为超声提取法;最佳提取工艺为50%乙醇超声30 min。结论:超声提取甘草酸含量高,且该工艺简便可行,易于实现工业化提取。
Objective:To research the extraction method and select optimum extraction process of glycyrrhizic acid from Radix Glycyrrhizae.Method:The content of glycyrrhizic acid was used as the index to screen the different extraction methods.The optimum extraction process of glycyrrhizic acid was optimized by orthogonal test L9(3^4)with extraction solvent,concentration and extraction time as factors.The best extraction method was ultrasonic extraction.The optimal extraction process was 50%ethanol ultrasound for 30 min.Ultrasonic extraction of glycyrrhizic acid content was high,and the process was simple and feasible,easy to achieve industrial extraction.
