复方中草药喷雾剂体外渗透试验的研究

Study on permeation test of compound traditional Chinese medicine spray in vitro

考核复方中草药喷雾剂的渗透性能。采用改进经典的Franz扩散池方法,取奶牛腹部皮肤对药物进行体外渗透实验。结果表明,复方中草药喷雾剂在12 h内的透皮率逐渐增加,离体透皮率为6.443μg/(cm^2·h),该复方喷雾剂具有良好的透皮性能。

To evaluate the permeability of the compound traditional Chinese medicine spray.The classic Franz diffusion cell was improved and the permeation experiment of the compound traditional Chinese medicine spray in vitro was carried out on the abdomen skin of the cow.The transdermal rate of compound traditional Chinese medicine spray was increased gradually within 12 h,and the transdermal rate was 6.443μg•(cm^2·h)^-1.The results showed that this compound spray has good transdermal properties.
