工人阶级是我国的领导阶级,产业工人是工人阶级的主体力量。安徽省要实现安徽省委、省政府提出的建设"制造强省"的宏伟目标,培育出更多杰出的"徽工皖匠",就要不断释放"工人伟大、劳动光荣"的正能量,加快新时代产业工人队伍建设步伐,全面提升产业工人的素质和技能,引导产业工人爱岗敬业、甘于奉献,进一步巩固和提升产业工人的主人翁地位,在实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的进程中,充分发挥好产业工人的主力军作用。

The working class is the leading class of China,and the industrial workers are the main force of the working class.In order to realize the grand goal of building a"Powerful Manufacturing Province"proposed by the Anhui Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government,Anhui Province must continually release the positive energy of"great workers and glory labor".Accelerate the pace of construction of industrial workers in the new era,comprehensively improve the quality and skills of industrial workers,guide industrial workers to be dedicated,and further consolidate and enhance the status of industrial workers as leader.In the process of striving for the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation,industrial workers should give full play to its role as the main force.
