摘要
工会是直接联系服务职工的群众组织,其中帮扶困难职工是工会工作的重要组成部分。面对由于各种原因引发的生活困难职工,如何做好相应的帮扶解困工作,化解不和谐因素,是基层工会必须面对并加以重视的问题。工会组织在职工帮扶工作中必须加强自身建设,深刻全面认识到帮扶工作的重要意义,同时进一步了解职工群众的呼声,把握职工群众的思想脉搏,掌握职工需求的第一信号,有针对性地做好困难职工的帮扶工作,才能切实把工会帮扶工作提高到一个新的水平。
Trade unions are mass organizations that directly contact service workers and helping employees in difficulties is an important part of its work.Facing the difficulties of workers caused by various reasons,how to do a good job in helping the poor and solving the problem of disharmony is the problem that grassroots trade unions must pay attention to.Trade union organizations must strengthen their own construction in the work of helping employees,profoundly and comprehensively recognize the importance of helping the work,and at the same time,further understand the voices of the staff and workers,focus on ideological situation of the workers and the needs of employees.Only by doing a good job of helping the workers in difficulty can we effectively raise the work of helping the trade unions to a new level.
