高校工会"供给侧"服务体系的构建要以习近平总书记在党的群团工作会议上的讲话精神为指导,结合高校的特点,把握好构建高校工会"供给侧"服务体系与增强高校工会群众性之间的关系,以提高服务"供给"质量为切入点,寻找增强高校工会群众性的有效途径,通过扩大服务覆盖面、打造精准化服务、实现常态化服务以及以量化考核为指标的若干方式方法,进一步有效增强高校工会的群众性。

The construction of the"supply side"service system of college trade unions should be guided by the spirit of the speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the party group work conference,combined with the characteristics of college and university,balance the relationship between the construction of"supply side"service system and strengthen the university trade unions the masses of college trade unions,taking the improvement of quality"supply"service as an entry point,and to find effective ways to enhance the masses of college trade unions.By expanding service coverage,creating precise services,realizing normalized services,and using quantitative assessment as indicators.Several ways and means,university trade union can further enhance the mass of trade unions effectively.
