摘要
从2019年开始,我国在职业院校和应用型本科高校启动"1+X证书"制度试点工作。"1+X证书"制度中学历证书与职业技能证书二者各自证明的内容不同,各自承当证明学生素养的不同方面。职业院校"1+X证书"制度实施首先应在专业人才培养方案中得到突出体现,其学历证书和职业资格证书所证明的内容是专业人才培养内容,其目标是专业人才培养目标,其标准也是专业人才培养标准。"X证书"开发前,应厘清学历证书与职业资格证书能否互认、"X证书"范围、"X证书"种类和"X证书"等级等相关问题。
Beginning in 2019, the pilot work of"1+X Certificate"system has been launched in vocational colleges and applied undergraduate colleges. In the"1 + X Certificate"system, the contents approved by academic certificates and vocational skill certificates are different, and they bear different aspects of students’ accomplishment. The implementation of"1 + X Certificate"system in vocational colleges should first be highlighted in the professional personnel training program, the contents approved by academic certificates and vocational skill certificates are just the content of professional personnel training. Its goal is the goal of professional personnel training, and its standard is also the standard of professional personnel training. Before the development of professional"X Certificate", four problems should be clarified: whether the academic certificate and vocational qualification certificate can be mutually recognized, the scope of"X Certificate", the type of"X Certificate"and the level of "X Certificate".
