摘要
产教融合是技工教育的本质属性。基于产教融合的背景,考量技工院校教师核心素养的内涵及构成要素,具体包括职业情感、人文关怀、工匠精神、专业知识、专业技能、教育理论、教育技能、学会学习、自我管理、探究精神等18个要素。针对目前外部价值取向的政策支撑环境日渐成熟的现状,主要应从职业规划、终身学习、课堂教学、企业实践、项目研修五个方面着眼生成技工院校教师核心素养的内部价值取向。
Integration of production and education is the essential attributes of the technician education. The core qualities have been presented under the background of integration of production and education via analyzing the connotative meaning and the inscape of the teachers from the technician schools. The external support from the government is becoming bigger and bigger. More attention to the internal value orientation and analyze the five aspects in order to provide the help for the development of the teachers from the technician schools. The five aspects are career planning, lifelong learning, class teaching, enterprise practice, project study.
