气候变化与全球变暖将对人类产生深远影响。艺术家们近半个世纪以来在气候问题上的探索实践,在今天比以往任何时候都更加重要。他们帮助人们更好地理解气候变化所带来的影响,从而改变人们的思维和行为方式。本文从气候变化的现实危机出发,关注近期针对这一危机展开行动的公共艺术案列,探讨艺术家在适应气候变化和传播参与中所发挥的重要作用,同时也反映了气候变化的社会表征的重要性。

The climate change and the global warming have had a significant impact on our human beings. Artists have also dedicated to the relevant issues for nearly half a century. Their exploration has become even more essential today than any other times. Thanks to them, people are better aware of the climate change and its effect, thus people’s thinking and behavior are altered. This article starts with the real crisis from the climate change and focuses on several recent public art cases addressing such crisis to evaluate the function of the artists in the process of adapting to and propagating the change. In the meanwhile, it also reflects the social characterizations of the climate change.
