Heleno Bernardi is a contemporary artist whose work is sometimes grotesque,sometimes thoughtful,or conveying personal feelings.His exploration of the public art is likewise sentimental.The contemporary artists nowadays are problem conscious coupled with the reflection and exploration of the times.They have their works as the window to reach out with sensitivity to the public.This article takes Heleno Bernardi the Brazilian artist as an example to analyze briefly how contemporary artists are involved in the field of public art and to understand interpersonal relationships in cities through "urban intervention".
