摘要
首先分析了综合能源服务项目的特性,然后结合综合能源服务项目中政策补贴、节能减排效益、能源价格波动等突出影响因素,构建了一个具有通用性和适用性的综合能源服务项目综合效益测算体系,最后结合现阶段综合能源服务项目中较为主流的典型改造项目,进行了实例测算。本测算体系的提出能帮助电网企业科学、高效地对综合能源服务项目进行综合效益测算,并为其投资决策提供理论和技术指导。
Firstly, this paper analyses the characteristics of integrated energy service projects.Then,combined with the prominent factors such as policy subsidies, energy saving and emission reduction benefits, energy price fluctuations and so on, a comprehensive benefit measurement system of comprehensive energy service project with generality and applicability is constructed. Finally, a case study is carried out in conjunction with the typical renovation projects which are the mainstream in the typical renovation project projects at the present stage. The proposal of this measurement system can help the grid enterprises to measure the comprehensive benefit of the integrated energy services projects scientifically and efficiently, and provide theoretical guidance and technical guidance for the investment decision-making of the market subject.
