摘要 本文通过分析汽轮发电机励磁绕组发生严重匝间短路时不平衡电磁力的特性,确定了该运行工况下转子振动的特征,分析励磁绕组严重匝间短路与其他原因导致转子振动特征的差异,提出一种基于转子不平衡振动特性的励磁绕组严重匝间短路的检测方法。最后以某300 MW汽轮发电机组励磁绕组严重匝间短路为例,验证了检测方法的有效性。 In the paper, the characteristic of unbalance magnetic pull produced by turbine generator field winding serious inter-turn short circuit(FWSISC) is analyzed, then rotor vibration feature on the condition of FWSISC is studied, and the difference of rotor vibration feature caused by FWSISC and other reasons is also analyzed. A detection method of FWSISC based on the rotor vibration characteristic is proposed. Finally, the validity of detection method is verified by an example of a certain 300 MW turbine generator FWSISC.
