摘要
本文提出了通过计算发电电动机出口断路器烧蚀系数K值和测量动态电阻相结合的方法,在不拆开抽水蓄能机组发电电动机出口断路器的灭弧室的情况下,对长期运行的发电电动机出口断路器做出科学的剩余电气寿命评估,分析了不同负载开断电流对断路器电气寿命的影响,并通过试验优化,有效提高黑麋峰抽水蓄能电站机组发电电动机出口断路器的电气使用寿命。
In this paper,the method of calculating the ablation coefficient K of the generator circuit breaker and measuring the dynamic resistance is presented.Without dismantling the arc extinguishing chamber of the generator circuit breaker of the pumped storage unit,the scientific residual electrical life evaluation of the generator circuit breaker for long-term operation is made and analyzed.The influence of different load interrupting current on the electrical life of circuit breaker is studied.The electrical life of the generator circuit breaker of Heimifeng Pumped Power Station is effectively improved through test optimization.
