摘要 本文基于动态电阻技术对一起SF6断路器灭弧室发热缺陷进行了详细分析,介绍动态电阻测试基本原理,利用动态电阻技术评估灭弧室发热严重程度,判断发热是否已影响断路器弧触头灭弧性能,并通过灭弧室解体进行验证,最后对SF6断路器灭弧室发热缺陷状态评估提出建议。 Based on the dynamic resistance technology, this paper analyzes a heating defect of arc extinguishing chamber of SF6 circuit breaker in detail, introduces the basic principle of dynamic resistance testing, and uses the dynamic resistance technology to evaluate the heating degree of arc-extinguishing chamber whether the heating has affected the arc extinguishing performance of the arc extinguishing contact of the circuit breaker, and the fault is verified by the disintegration of the arc extinguishing chamber.Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the condition evaluation of the heating defect in the arc extinguishing chamber of SF6 circuit breaker.
