摘要
随着电力电子技术的发展,基于电力电子变压器(power electronic transformer,PET)构 建可实现大范围互联的交直流配电网成为新的发展趋势。首先基于多PET应用于交直流配电网的应用 场景,对其柔性调节作用进行了分析;其次,计及分布式电源日前预测出力的不确定性,构建了基于机 会约束规划的多PET互联的交直流配电网日前优化调度模型;再次,利用蒙特卡洛方法模拟分布式电源 出力的不确定性,采用粒子群优化算法对所提出的运行优化模型进行求解;最后,基于改进的IEEE 33 节点算例对所提出的优化模型进行分析,通过与确定性运行优化模型进行比较,验证了所提模型的有 效性和正确性。
With the development of pow er electronics technology,it has become a new development trend to build hybrid AC/DC distribution netw ork w hich can realize large-scale interconnection by pow er electronic transformer( PET).Firstly,for the application scenario of multi-PET in hybrid AC/DC distribution netw ork,the flexible regulation function is analyzed. Secondly,considering the uncertainty of the day-ahead forecast output of distributed pow er supply,the day-ahead optimal scheduling model of the multi-PET interconnected hybrid AC/DC distribution netw ork based on opportunity constraint programming is constructed. Thirdly,M onte Carlo method is used to simulate the uncertainty of distributed pow er supply output,and particle sw arm optimization algorithm is used to solve the proposed optimization model. Finally,on the basis of the improved IEEE 33-node calculation example,the proposed optimization model is analyzed,and the validity and correctness of the proposed model are verified by comparing w ith the deterministic operation optimization model.
