摘要
以纯电动客车为例对并联电阻式、信号注入式绝缘检测仪工作原理进行了研究,给出了解决纯电动客车两绝缘检测仪检测试验相互干扰的具体设计方案。跳跃式采样方案解决了并联电阻式绝缘检测仪影响信号注入式绝缘检测仪检测准确性问题;分时序采样方案解决了两信号注入式绝缘检测仪彼此干扰影响检测准确性问题,对确保整车高压安全性具有重要的指导意义。
Taking the pure electric bus as an example,it studies the working principle of the shunt resistance type and the signal injection type insulation detector,and gives the concrete design scheme to solve the interference between the two insulation detectors of the pure electric bus.The jump sampling scheme solves the problem that the parallel resistance insulation detector affects the accuracy of the signal injection insulation detector,and the time-sharing sampling scheme solves the problem that the two signal injection insulation detectors interfere with each other,which is of great significance to ensure the safety of the vehicle high voltage.
