丁香不同品种光合和叶色参数比较及聚类分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了筛选出综合光合性状优良的丁香品种,对10个丁香品种光合参数和叶色参数指标进行测定,发现丁香品种间的光合参数均存在着较大差异。进一步对丁香品种的光合性状进行主成分分析和聚类分析,将10个品种分成4个类型,并从中筛选出罗蓝紫、紫云和金园3个综合光合性能较好的品种。结合叶色指标分析,3个品种中又以紫云的叶片亮度最高、绿色最深、蓝色最浅、观赏效果最好,可作为综合光合性状优良的品种加以筛选和引种栽培。 In order to screen out the clove varieties with excellent photosynthetic traits,the photosynthesis parameters and leaf color parameters of 10 clove varieties were determined.It was found that there were large differences in photosynthesis parameters among clove varieties.The principal component analysis and cluster analysis of the photosynthetic characteristics of clove varieties were carried out.The 10 varieties were divided into 4 types,and three varieties with good photosynthetic performance were selected,which were S.oblata‘Luo Lan Zi’,S.oblata‘Zi Yun’and S.oblata‘JinYuan’.Combined with leaf color index analysis,among the three varieties,the leaves of S.oblata‘Zi Yun’had the highest brightness,the deepest green and the lightest blue color,thus providing the best viewing experience.It can be screened and introduced as an excellent variety of photosynthesis traits.
