土建类新工科专业融合教学模式的改革与探索 被引量:5

摘要 土建行业发展日新月异,新技术、新方法不断涌现,对专业人才的要求也越来越高,只有多专业多学科交叉融合的复合型人才才能满足行业需求,这就要求土建类高校在人才培养的方式方法上进行改革和创新,培养与时俱进的高素质专业技能人才,满足行业人才缺口。文章从土木工程和工程管理专业培养应用型人才的目标出发,从修订培养方案入手,对《工程造价》《招投标》以及《项目管理》等传统课程进行教学改革,采取混合式课程建设、专题式案例化教学、多专业融合创新授课模式和校企合作订单式培养等一系列方法,提出适合新时期土建专业人才培养的思路。 With the rapid development of civil engineering industry,the continuous emergence of the new technologies and the new methods is bound to bring about the higher demands of professionals.The demand of compound talents with multi-specialty and multi-discipline integration requires the reform and innovation of the ways and methods of personnel training in civil engineering universities.That may satisfy the talent gap in the industry through training highly-specialized and high-skilled talents keeping abreast of times.From the goal of training applied talents in civil engineering and engineering management specialty,and from the revision of training program,this paper carries out teaching reform on the traditional courses such as"project cost","bidding"and"project managemen",series of methods,such as blending learning construction,thematic case teaching,innovation teaching mode of multi-specialty integration,cooperation between school and enterprise in the form of the order type,are adopted to train civil engineering professionals in the new era.
