Buck电路的一种软开关实现方法

摘要 随着电力电子技术的发展,让功率变换系统降低功耗成为大家关注的重点,因此低功耗软开关技术得到了充分的发展和应用。文章提出了Buck电路的一种软开关实现方法,把普通Buck电路中的同步整流二极管换成一个MOSFET,把两个辅助开关和一个辅助电感串起来然后一起并在主电感上,创造软开关条件,从而实现Buck电路零电压开通,零电流关断。文中详细分析了软开关的工作过程,并且对此电路进行了仿真和实验,其仿真结果、实验结果与理论结果相吻合,从而验证了上述方法的正确性与合理性。 With the development of power electronics technology,it has become the focus of people's attention to reduce the power consumption of power transformation system,so the low-power soft switch technology has been fully developed and applied.In this paper,a soft switch implementation method of Buck circuit is put forward.The synchronous rectifier diode in Buck circuit is replaced by a MOSFET,two auxiliary switches and an auxiliary inductor are connected together and then on the main inductor to create a soft switch condition,so that Buck circuit can be turned on at zero voltage and off at zero current.In this paper,the working process of soft switch is analyzed in detail,and the simulation and experiment of this circuit are carried out.
