本文通过对江西省280位乡村教师个人属性特质调查及访谈,了解江西省280位乡村教师的性别、年龄、学历、教龄、学校属性、职称的分布现状,分析江西省乡村教师敬业度高低情况及分析影响江西省乡村教师敬业度影响因素的认可度高低的指标,找出影响江西省乡村教师敬业度因素原因,为提高江西省乡村教师敬业度提供借鉴。

This article through to 280 in jiangxi province rural teachers'personal attributes,investigation and interviews,to understand in jiangxi province,280 rural teachers'gender,age,education,teaching age,school property,title distribution of the status quo,analysis of jiangxi rural teacher engagement level and the analysis of main factors affecting the effect of jiangxi rural teacher engagement recognition of high and low index,find out the factors influencing the rural teachers'engagement in jiangxi province,in order to improve the rural teachers'engagement in jiangxi province.
