摘要
水泥基纤维砂浆在实际应用中,易受施工现场拌和条件限制而导致纤维在砂浆中的分散不够充分,易导致其在砂浆中发生抱团、空缺等分散不均的问题发生。纤维砂浆内部无纤维分布区域无法满足所需的各项性能指标,而纤维成团区域则极易成为应力集中点,引起砂浆内部缺陷的形成。本文针对这一问题,提出了增加聚丙烯纤维的比重并进行表面改性的工艺方法,以达到提高纤维在砂浆中的分散性的目的。
In practical application,cement-based fiber mortar is liable to be limited by mixing conditions in construction site,resulting in insufficient dispersion of fiber in mortar,it is easy to cause uneven dispersion in mortar,such as agglomeration and vacancy.The non-fibre distribution area in the fiber mortar can not meet the required performance indicators,while the fibre agglomeration area can easily become the stress concentration point,which causes the formation of internal defects in the mortar.In order to improve the dispersion of polypropylene fibers in mortar,the process of increasing the specific gravity of polypropylene fibers and surface modification was proposed.
