With the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of material living standards,people pay more and more attention to the management of higher education and teaching,and put forward higher requirements for it.In this context,the administrators of higher education and teaching need to adapt to the development of The Times,change their own ideas,and make management innovations,so as to achieve better management effects and promote the improvement of the quality of higher education and teaching management.Based on this,this article from the concept changes and the necessity of innovation practice,the problems existing in the education teaching management in colleges and universities,the change of idea and practice innovation effective measures from three aspects,based on the concept of education in colleges and universities teaching management reform and practice of innovation were analyzed,and the hope for education in colleges and universities teaching management to provide some useful reference.
