摘要
工业机器人编程与仿真课程是由原工业机器人离线编程和工业机器人现场编程两门课程经优化整合后形成的一门新课程,结合工业机器人技术实训基地建设,对原有课程内容进行了序化和调整,重新设计了机床上下料工作站的编程与调试、 搬运 ( 码垛 ) 工作站的编程与调试、 弧焊工作站的编程与调试、 点焊工作站的编程与调试、 喷涂工作站的编程与调试 5 个教学项目, 实现了以实践为引领, 以项目为载体的理实一体化教学。
Industrial Robot Programming and Operating Course is a new course formed by the optimization and integration of the former two courses of Off-line Programming and Field Programming of Industrial Robots. Combining with the construction of the training base of industrial robotics technology in our college, the original course contents are sequenced and adjusted, and the programming and operation and handling(palletizing) of the loading and unloading workstation of machine tools are redesigned. Programming and operation of workstation, programming and operation of arc welding workstation, programming and operation of spot welding workstation, programming and operation of spraying workstation are five teaching projects, which realize the integrated teaching of theory and practice, guided by practice and carried by project.
