Robot Discharging Design of Leaf Spring Automatic Quenching Line Based on S7-300 and Mcgs

本文以西门子S7-300系列PLC、昆仑通泰TPC1162Hi触摸屏以及安川MS165机器人为研究对象,以一条汽车板簧自动化淬火线为例,利用TIA Portal V14和MCGS编程软件进行硬件组态和软件编程,实现了生产线机器人自动取料功能。

In this paper,Siemens s7-300 series PLC,kunluntongtai TPC1162 Hi touch screen and Yaskawa MS165 robot are taken as research objects.Taking an auto leaf spring automatic quenching line as an example,TIA Portal V14 and MCGS programming software are used for hardware configuration and software programming to realize robot discharging.
