煤矿竖井罐道间距测量及数据分析系统

Measurement and Data Analysis System of Tank Road Distance in Coal Mine

本文以单片机结合超声波传感器及编码器组成的测距系统为研究对象,在单片机与电脑的数据传输中使用串口传输,利用Keil C语言编程软件进行下位机编程,利用Labview编程软件编写上位机程序框图,实现了煤矿竖井罐道间距的远程监控及数据分析的功能。

This paper studies the distance measurement system composed of ultrasonic sensor and encoder by single chip computer, uses serial port transmission in the data transmission between single chip computer and computer, uses Keil C programming software to program the next machine, and uses Labview programming software to write the upper computer program block diagram. The function of remote monitoring and data analysis of the distance between the shaft lanes in coal mine is realized.
