大数据时代的到来改变着高校青年学生的学习和生活模式,高校共青团在发挥思想引领、服务青年学生成长成才面临全新的挑战与机遇。高校共青团作为开展思想政治教育的重要阵地,亟需调整传统育人模式,创新工作方式,建立“新媒体+思政”模式,引入新媒体技术,增强对青年学生的思想政治引领;建立“大数据平台+第二课堂成绩单”模式,用大数据思维为学生的成长成才提供服务。

The arrival of the era of big data is changing the learning and life patterns of young students in colleges and universities,and the communist youth league in colleges and universities is facing new challenges and opportunities in guiding and serving the growth of young students.As an important position for ideological and political education,the communist youth league in colleges and universities needs to adjust the traditional mode of education,innovate the way of work,establish"new media+ideological and political"mode,introduce new media technology,and enhance the ideological and political guidance for young students.The model of"big data platform+second class transcript"is established to provide services for students'growth and development with big data thinking.
