市(县)域乡村建设规划研究重点及规划实践意义--以嘉兴平湖市为例

Key points and practical significance of urban (county) area rural construction planning--Take pinghu city in jiaxing as an example

乡村规划是城乡规划的重要组成部分,虽已上升到法定地位,但在实际的操作过程中,乡村无视规划、照搬城市规划等问题依然严重。本文以嘉兴平湖市域乡村规划为例,通过对该规划的编制背景及规划重点的剖析,阐明编者观点,以期对广泛的乡村规划及未来发展起到一定的借鉴意义。

Rural planning is an important part of urban and rural planning,although it has been elevated to the legal status,but in the actual operation process,rural ignoring planning,copy urban planning and other problems are still serious.This paper,taking pinghu county planning in jiaxing as an example,illustrates the author's point of view by analyzing the background and key points of the planning,so as to provide some reference for the extensive rural planning and future development.
