摘要
班级管理能力是教师专业能力的要素之一,班级管理能力的高低直接影响着教育教学效果。通过对初中教师班级管理能力培训需求的调查研究发现,初中教师班级管理能力培训需求处于中等偏上水平;班级规划、班级制度、学生思想管理能力的培训需求强烈。在培训对象的选择上,男教师的培训需求高;二级和高级职称教师的培训需求比较强烈;教龄越短的教师培训需求越强烈。
class management ability is one of the elements of teachers'professional ability,and the level of class management ability directly affects the effect of education and teaching.Through the investigation and research on the training demand of middle school teachers'class management ability,it is found that the training demand of middle school teachers'class management ability is above the middle level.Class planning,class system,students'ideological management ability training needs are strong.In terms of the choice of training objects,the training demand of male teachers is high;The training demand of teachers with secondary and senior professional titles is relatively strong;The shorter the teaching age,the stronger the demand for teacher training.
