我的班级管理教育之体会

班主任工作是学校教育的核心,一个班成绩的好坏,班主任的工作至关重要。回想这几年自己的班级管理中,有好的收获,也有好些遗憾,下面就对自己这几年的班级管理对教育教学质量的影响进行一些反思,谈谈自己的一些体会。
