收入差异视角下农户对专业合作社的满意度研究——基于江苏省的农户调研数据

Evaluation of Farmers’ satisfaction with professional cooperatives from the perspective of income disparity: Based on a survey data of farmers in Jiangsu Province

参与专业合作社是当前许多农户面临的一项新选择,而对合作社的满意度是影响其行为抉择的重要因素。基于收入差异视角,利用江苏省的入社农户调研数据,运用Oprobit模型,分析不同收入水平农户对合作社的满意度,探讨其影响因素。结果表明,农户对专业合作社的满意度基本呈正态分布,多数农户评价一般,总体满意度不高,均值只有2.992,而随着收入水平上升,满意度也相应提高。从影响农户满意度的因素来看,家庭人均收入、受教育程度是正向影响满意度的重要因素,家庭农业生产人数呈显著的反向影响,年龄、家庭承包土地面积、年贷款金额、获政府补助有较显著的正向影响,性别则没有显著影响。从农户分组情况来看,家庭农业生产人数和承包土地面积对所有组的农户满意度都有显著影响,前者是反向,后者是正向,其他因素对各收入水平农户的影响则不同。因此,提出加大对农村地区教育资源的投入、完善合作社收入分配制度、精准政府公共资源投入、鼓励农户土地流转等政策建议。

Participating in professional cooperatives is a new choice faced by many farmers and farmers’ satisfaction with cooperatives is an important factor affecting their participating decisions. Based on a survey data of farmers participating in cooperatives in Jiangsu Province and applying the Oprobit model, this research analyzed farmers’ satisfaction with cooperatives at different income levels and explored their influencing factors. Results show that farmers’ satisfaction with professional cooperatives basically displays a normal distribution: in general, the overall satisfaction level is not very high with an average rate of 2.992. With the increase of farmers’ income, farmers’ satisfaction also improves accordingly. Research also finds that the per capita household income and the education level are important factors that positively affect farmers’ satisfaction level. The number of family members participating in agricultural production has a significant negative impact. Age, household contracted land area, annual loan amount, and government subsidy have relatively significant positive impacts, and gender has no any significant impact. When examining from the different income levels, the number of family members participating in agricultural production has a significant positive impact on farmers’ satisfaction in all groups;while the household contracted land area has a significant negative impact. Other factors have different impacts on farmers at different income levels. Therefore, this paper recommends to increase investment in rural education, to improve the income distribution system of cooperatives, to increase the efficiency of government resource distribution, and to encourage farmers to transfer land.
