长江经济带产业结构升级对能源效率的影响研究——基于2001～2017年数据

The Research on the Impact of Industrial Structure Upgrading on Energy Efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt ——Based on the Data from 2001 to 2017

长江经济带在推动经济高质量发展与产业转型升级的同时面临着资源要素约束趋紧的巨大压力。本文在分析长江经济带产业结构升级与能源效率关系的基础上,依据2001~2017年长江经济带11个省份的面板数据,实证分析产业结构升级对长江经济带能源效率的影响。研究表明:从整体上看产业结构升级可以正向推进长江经济带能源效率的提升,但是中游地区产业结构升级未能有效提高长江经济带能源效率,上游地区产业结构升级对能源效率的促进作用低于下游地区;另外,长江经济带产业结构升级对能源效率的作用存在一重门槛和双重门槛效应。提高技术吸收能力、调整能源产业结构是提高能源效率的关键。

While promoting high-quality economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading,the Yangtze River Economic Belt is facing great pressure from the tightening constraints of resource factors.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the energy efficiency and upgrading of industrial structure of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,this paper employs the provincial panel data of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2001 to 2017 to analyze the effect of the upgrading of the industrial structure on the energy efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Empirical studies have shown that the overall upgrading of industrial structure can positively promote the efficiency of the energy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,but fail to improve energy efficiency in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The upgrading of industrial structure in the upstream reaches has a lower promoting effect on energy efficiency than that in the downstream reaches.In addition,the upgrading of industrial structure in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a single threshold effect and double threshold effect on energy efficiency respectively.Improving technology absorption capacity and adjusting energy industry structure are the key factors to improving energy efficiency.
