摘要
馆员评议是图书馆年度考核中体现民主的主要环节,公正合理是考核评议必须坚持的重要原则。选用不同评议统计方法会对馆员评议统计结果的公正性产生不同影响。平均分制、等级制、排序制、分序制是在馆员年度考核中被采用的四种评议统计方法。文章对这四种方法的操作特征、评议性能进行了比较分析,指明优劣,并探究了四种评议统计方法间的内在联系、转化运用方式,以及用以了解评议共识度、识别强异评议的对比分析方法。
Librarian evaluation is the main link to embody democracy in the library annual assessment.Fairness and reas on ability are the important prin ciples of assessme nt and evaluation.Choosi ng d if fere nt statistical methods will have different impacts on the fairness of librarians'evaluation results.Average score system,grading system,ranking system and scoring-ranking system are four kinds of librarian evaluation statistical methods used in the annual assessment of librarians.This paper makes a comparative analysis of their operation characteristics and evaluation performanee,and explores their internal relation ship,transformation methods and a comparative analysis method used to understand the consensus degree of the librarian evaluati on and identify the individual strong impact evaluation.
