基于文本分析的高校图书馆服务创新研究

A Study on the Service Innovation in University Libraries Based on the NVivo Text Analysis

文章对2014—2018年我国研究者关注的高校图书馆服务创新主题及具体创新内容进行了研究。研究过程中借助NVivo软件对1065篇相关文献进行了文本分析,经过三次节点编码后,最后生成10种关注度最高的服务主题。它们分别是空间再造与服务、开放获取服务、出版与版权服务、阅读推广服务、学科化服务、宣传推广服务、特殊群体服务、素养教育服务、社会化服务及其他服务。然后,根据每个主题下面包含的二级节点和源节点进行了主题内容分析,找出学者具体对某一种服务的关注点及提出的创新观点。

This paper studies the innovation themes and specific innovation contents of university library service concerned by Chinese researchers from 2014 to 2018.In the research process,1065 relevant articles are analyzed with the help of NVivo software.After three node encoding,10 service topics are generated.They are space reorganization service,open-access service,publishing and copyright service,reading promotion service,discipline service,publicity and promotion service,special group service,literacy education service,social service and other services.Then,according to the secondary nodes and source nodes included under each topic,the topic content analysis is carried out to find out the scholars’specific concerns and innovative ideas for a service.
