基于产业链的科技查新协同研究

The Study of Collaboration of Science and Technology Novelty Retrieval Based on the Industrial Chain

随着科技查新需求的不断上升,查新质量与服务效率之间的矛盾日益凸显,协作可实现资源共享、优势互补,促成业务分流。同时由于查新队伍的不断壮大,各查新系统内部以及各级查新代理机构之间,从规范管理与业务前景出发,也需要统筹规划、协同发展。文章在梳理查新产业链的基础上,研究基于产业链的科技查新协同,从纵、横双向针对不同对象探索多种协同模式,并以中国科学院成都文献情报中心为例介绍其基于产业链的科技查新站网协同实践。

With the rising demand for science and technology novelty retrieval,the contradiction between the quality and efficiency of service has become increasingly prominent.Resources and advantages can be shared and complemented through collaboration and facilitate business diversion.W hafs more,as the service team continues to grow,different retrieval institutions in the same system and agencies at all levels need overall planning and coordinated development considering standardized management and business future.After combing the industrial chain,this paper studies the synergy of science and technology novelty retrieval based on the industrial chain,and proposes multiple collaborative modes for different objects vertically and horizontally,and carries out a case study of Chengdu Library and Information Center of Chinese Academy of Science to introduce the synergistic practice of science and technology novelty retrieval collaboration based on the industrial chain.
