基于文献编码分析的知识协同研究述评

A Study Review on Knowledge Collaboration Research Based on Literature Coding Analysis

[目的/意义]知识协同是为组织赢取竞争优势的关键性方法及手段.[方法/过程]文章采用文献编码分析针对国内外文献进行全面深入分析,归纳总结该领域研究现况和发展趋势.[结果/结论]研究结果表明,国内外知识协同研究仍处起步阶段,国内半数研究为模型建构类文献,国外则多属实证研究;通过编码梳理发现,现有文献中有75%文献侧重于将知识协同视为组织提高业务能力和效力的重要杠杆,25%文献将知识协同的目标定位于实现知识管理的最大效益.知识协同的应用属性强,使得现有研究多元且分散,学者持续研究扩展了研究广度,导致研究深度不足,加上目前研究思路与研究方法上较为单一,缺乏较深入、系统化研究,未来可针对现有不足深入探讨,并尝试以不同研究方法及创新理论进行研究,以丰富知识协同相关领域.

[Purpose/significance]Knowledge collaboration is the key method and means for the organization to win competitive advantages.[Method/process]This paper uses content analysis and literature coding method to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign literature.The result is used to summarize the research status and development trend in this field.[Results/conclusion]It is found that studies on knowledge collaboration are still in its infancy-half of which are model-building literature in China,and most of English papers are empirical.It sorts out that 75%of the existing literatures regard knowledge collaboration as an important key for organizations to improve their business capabilities and effectiveness.The remaining 25%focus on how maximum benefits can be obtained through knowledge management.Because of strong application attributes of knowledge collaboration,it makes the existing research pluralistic and dispersive.Continuous research expands the scope of studies,which leads to the lack of depth,however.In addition,the existing research ideas and methods are relatively single,so the existing studies are lacking in depth and systematization.Based on the deficiencies of existing research,further studies can hopefully be enriched by using different methods and innovative theories.
